It all begins with the cutting of the thread, the cord that is the connection to, and the separation from, the mother, the originator.
The world is a tapestry of threads and links that connect people to one another, according to their particularities – the length of the thread, the tension in the knot.
What if the shortest distance from A to B was not a straight line, but a pathway full of twists and turns to be carried away on a wind or a current, guided by a sound or a light.
This project is a cooperation of 6 jewellers South African and French, all in love with this multicultural land.
